Sanjog Lyer is an Advanced human with the ability of dream manipulation, or the manipulation and controlling of dreams.

Though little is known about his origins or current status, Sanjog is shown to use his ability he has shown to use it for good in Seven Minutes to Midnight and Homecoming where he tries to help Mohinder find answers to his father's research through dreams.
When confronted in the street, he explains how he doesn't "come" to anyone for their dreams, but rather they come to him when they're seeking answers. How exactly this works with his ability is yet to be revealed in the series.
