[edit] Character Overview
Robert "Bob" Bishop was a Company founder and father to Elle Bishop. He had a power often referred to by fans as 'The Midas Touch'. He could turn metals to gold. Bob was first introduced at one of Mohinder Suresh's proposal on the Shanti Virus. Bob was last seen in his office, dead. Sylar had apparently gotten to him somehow and killed him, replicating Bob's power.
[edit] Volume Two
In the beginning of volume two, Robert Bishop was an admirer of Docter Mohinder Suresh. He urged him to help the Company find the ones with powers, and help them for the greater good. Mohinder agrees and starts to work for the Company. He sends his daughter, Elle, to find Peter Petrelli who has escaped from the Company.
[edit] Volume Three
Sylar broke into Robert bishops office in a secret facility and killed Bishop.
